Shipping policy
For all Non-Flower purchases
We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate. Please note this is for Australian orders only.
Selected items are not covered in a flat rate. Please feel free to get in touch with us for a shipping quote, or to pick up instore.
We work really hard to get your orders out to you as quick as possible but please be aware that we are in rural Qld and freight times can vary.
We offer Click + Collect from the store in Eumundi, just follow the prompts + add your details during check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
We endeavour to have accurate stock levels online, however we are human. All shipments are subject to availability.
Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days.
We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We re-use boxes and packaging as often as we can to minimise waste. Sometimes our boxes aren’t the prettiest, but we promise the package inside is well looked after.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
Flower deliveries
We ship your bouquets using our own delivery team around Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
Alternatively, you can pick up your bouquet at our site in Eumundi. You will be sent a notification email when your order is shipped/ready

1. Contact Us with Your Concerns: Should you ever encounter an unsatisfactory experience with our products or services, kindly reach out to us at Eumundiandco@gmail.com.au, providing your order number, a photograph of the delivered items, and a description of your concern. We ask that you submit your complaints within 1 business day from the date of delivery. Rest assured, our dedicated customer care team will carefully review your information and aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
2. Our Commitment to Quality: We are committed to the quality of our products and stand firmly behind them. In cases where we approve the existence of quality issues:
- We will promptly reship the product to ensure your satisfaction.
- Offer a replacement product of equivalent value, or
- Provide a store credit equivalent to the product’s value.
3. Quality Assurance for Freshness: Our fresh flowers and foliage are sourced locally to ensure their exquisite freshness and natural beauty. However, if you ever receive damaged flowers, we kindly request that you send us a photograph of the arrangement within 1 day of its arrival, along with your order number clearly indicated in the subject line of your email.
