Eumundi and co abides by Australian consumer law

 

Clothing

if you are not 100% happy with any full priced  item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

 You will  be issued with a store credit. We do not offer a refund for change of mind, this applies to size, fit and colour.

  • All items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
  • Refunds are only given for genuinely faulty items 
  • We offer an exchange or credit for wrong purchase or change of mind
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping your new item

Return and Exchange Procedure, step by step:

Please send us an email with the following information: 

  • Your name
  • Reason for returning
  • Details of the returned item
  • The new item you would like in exchange or if you would like a credit to your account.

Important return notes:

  • Please check the website for product availability to avoid disappointment.
  • When we have received the returned merchandise you will be notified and your new order will be sent.
  • Please include in your return parcel the item you would like to exchange and an extra pre-paid satchel addressed to you for your new item to be sent. We recommend that you use tracked or registered mail service.

Flowers and Gifts

Due to the nature of our perishable items, we can only offer returns within 24 hours of delivery. Our bunches are market fresh each day, meaning if you pre-order you will receive the bunch we create on the day you have selected. You cannot select the type, quantity or size of the flowers that are included. We can only offer refunds where the product is returned to us, or collected by us, in its original condition within 24 hours of delivery. If the item cannot be returned, we are unable to offer a refund when the goods are kept in the possession of the recipient or the purchaser. 

You are solely responsible to ensure you read and understand the description of the product you are purchasing. No refund or credit applies for any misunderstanding arising out of these circumstances.

Re-delivery

Should the recipient not be home, the flowers will be left at the front door in shade and with water; unless you request otherwise on your order. No refund or credit will be given for the incorrect address being provided on checkout.

If the recipient no longer lives at the address you have nominated, we may charge a re-delivery fee. The amount of the re-delivery fee is at the discretion of Eumundi and Co. Should you choose to not re-send the bunch, no refund will be provided.

If the address provided is a business that is closed at time of delivery, or there is no where suitable to leave the flowers, we can redeliver the flowers the next day however, we may charge a re-delivery fee. the amount of the delivery fee is at the discretion of Eumundi and Co. Should you choose not to re-send the bunch, no refund will be provided.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute flowers due to seasonal availability, and all add on's including vases where the original type is not available. The substitution will be to the same value as the original product, and no cost reduction or refund will be provided in this instance. 

Every stem is unique so sometimes colours vary or we'll need to use a substitution to give you the best arrangement. We try wherever possible to always send something similar and equally as lovely, at or above the same item value.
